Why does alignment matter?

When we train, we often focus on getting fitter or more toned, assuming our posture and movement patterns are already on track—but that’s not always true!

Misalignment often goes unnoticed, and over time, your body adapts by compensating in ways that can cause imbalance, tension, or injury.

Align Tone is designed to bring your body back into balance, helping you move more efficiently, prevent strain, and build a stronger foundation for everything you do.

About Zöe Foster

I have been working as a Sports Massage Therapist for 18 years, helping many clients with misalignment issues. These imbalances are often the root cause of muscle, tendon, and ligament pain.

While the discomfort usually eases during treatment, I’ve always encouraged clients to continue with yoga-based stretches to maintain results—and many have been amazed at the benefits they experience from regular stretching.

I am now also a qualified Yoga Teacher, which allows me to offer even better aftercare to my Sports Massage clients. In addition, I’m running yoga classes to help people commit to a regular stretching practice, whether once or twice a week, to support long-term mobility and wellbeing. Read more...
